	DENTAL AND VISION INSURANCE Our dental and vision plans offer you supplemental coverage for your dental and eye care needs. Coverage is available for you and/or your family. We also offer a discount plan for Lasik eye surgery through Clear Vision Centers.
	401(k) RETIREMENT PLAN Highland offers all employees a 401(k) savings plan. Employees are eligible to start contributing at the beginning of every quarter. The Plan includes a discretionary employer match to your 401(k) account if you participate in the plan. All funds are vested at 100% in your name from day one. We offer flexible and diverse investment options all provided by Fidelity Investments and you can manage your funds via a secure web application or via a toll-free customer service number.

	TECHNICAL TRAINING Highland provides several educational avenues for you to obtain the high quality training you may need to enhance your career. We offer a complete online technical training curriculum through our subscription-based service provider where you can access instructor led classes, self study tutorials and self study modules, all delivered online through the convenience of your PC. Whether you are pursuing technical certification or need to brush up on a Microsoft tool, these courses will help you reach your goals. In addition, educational assistance reimbursement will be considered on an individual basis for job-specific training requested by the client manager.
